This policy explains what information UnionCM collects when you visit unioncm.io, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

UnionCM is a product of Automated Concepts. In this policy, “UnionCM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Automated Concepts and the UnionCM product line.

This policy covers the unioncm.io marketing website. Member and local union data held inside the UnionCM platform on behalf of a local is handled under that local's written agreement with us, not under this policy.

Information we collect

We keep collection to what we actually need to answer you and keep the site running.

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or demo request form, we collect your name, email address, organization or local, phone number if you provide one, the product you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers log standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your questions, schedule demos, and prepare pricing for your local.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
  • Protect the site against spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that host the site, deliver our email, and provide bot protection, acting on our instructions.
  • Legal requirements. When we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. If Automated Concepts is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, then delete or archive them. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

How we protect information

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections to the website, access controls on our internal systems, and bot protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@unioncm.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. For example, residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have rights to data portability and to object to or restrict processing, and California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct personal information and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for union staff and business contacts. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
